Once approved:

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment account within 5–10 business days (actual processing time depends on the bank or payment provider);

For replacements, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible after confirmation.

V. Return Requirements

If we confirm that a return is necessary, please note the following:

The item must remain in its original condition;

Packaging and accessories should be as complete as possible;

Do not return the item without authorization;

We will provide specific return instructions after approval.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of packages returned without authorization. VI. Non-Refundable Items

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing, packaging, or shipping process.

Take photos of the item and the outer packaging;

Retain all packaging materials;

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
